If you’re a child or young person looking for support there is help available from CAHMS, the wider NHS and other organisations. We have received the information below from CAMHS to help you get support.

"The NHS and our local hospitals are really busy at the moment, so if you’re experiencing a mental health crisis, the quickest way to get help at any time of the day or night is to call our freephone number: 0800 6444 101, or call NHS 111 and select option 2 for mental health services.

In the case of serious illness or injury, dial 999 for emergency services

Monday 4th January 2021

Following the Government announcement this evening we will be cancelling all training for the foreseeable future. This is likely to be at least until the middle of February but we will keep you all updated. Please keep an eye on our website for information about training at home. Thank you to all of you for your support and continued perseverance during the continued disruption and we hope to be able recommence as soon as we can and fingers crossed for a restriction free summer.
