Our core programmes are outlined below:

Sprints – 100m to 400m

Dedicated short sprints group that trains Sunday,Tuesday & Thursday evenings –See Paul Keeble for details.

Middle Distance – 800 upwards

Middle and long distance including road running, cross country and steeplechase -Sunday mornings and Tuesday & Thursday evenings – See Paul Pickard / Bob Whitten for details.

Multi Events/Hurdles/ Jumps

A group for athletes wishing to try a variety of athletic events including hurdles, vertical and horizontal jumps -Tuesday & Thursday evenings – See Nick Ward or Norma Harris for details.

Hammer & Discus

Dedicated Hammer & Discus group who train Tuesday evenings – See Steve Feely for details

Short throws / Beginners javelin

Train on Thursday evenings.


Group encompassing all disability disciplines who train Monday evenings – See Ros Cramp for details

Year 6

All events Tuesdays 6.30 -8pm see Jess Barber for details.

Year 4 & 5 Age 9 and above

A Monday evening group which gives young athletes a chance to develop all athletics skills through fun games and activities.
