Safeguarding and Welfare

The welfare of our athletes and volunteers is at the heart of everything that we do. All coaches, assistants and officials hold a full DBS. Any concerns regarding welfare should either be raised with your coach if appropriate or the club's welfare officer. Alex Gates (see club contacts page). If required they will refer to the governing body and / or other statutory bodies especially if a child is deemed at risk. The club follows UKA / EA policies on safeguarding.
