During the current Covid-19 outbreak and the suspension of training at the track coaches will put suggestions for training you can do at home on this page. Anyone can make use of these, if you want some individual support please feel free to contact your coach. More will be added over the coming weeks.
For younger athletes England Athletics have made available a number of resources which will help them to keep active!
Aimed at younger children the Funetics programme has lots of easy to organise activities to do at home. Go to https://funetics.co.uk/for-parents/funetics-activity-videos/ and there are helpful videos to show you the different activities.
For those 11 and over England Athletics have made available for free some of the resources from the Athletics 365 programme. All you need to do is download the app and the ideas and videos are there for you to use. Both Funetics and 365 are great resources and easy to use at home.
